Terms and conditions

Cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be required to pay 100%. This applies to appointments 45 minutes or longer, all facials, and for changes made to appointments within 48 hours. This fee covers any inconvenience, extra time put into fill the appointment, any last-minute discounted bookings to fill the appointment , and also the likelihood of not being able to fill the appointment. These fees are payable immediately by cash, card or bank transfer.

In the event of a no-show and an unpaid account, we will not re-book a further appointment for you. Please contact the clinic for your booking or book online via the booking buttons on our social media platforms and website.
